Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Falling Water Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews all construction of homes, additional buildings including sheds, landscaping, hardscaping and other major outdoor projects. All new construction and exterior remodeling must be reviewed by the ACC and a building permit issued before work begins.
The ACC consists of at least three members of the Association appointed and approved by the Board of Directors. The ACC provides a monthly report to the Board of Directors. Those reports can be accessed via the Member Info page.
The function of the ACC is explained in the CCRs (see Records of the Association). All improvements to property in Falling Water must be approved by the ACC. See the Committees page for the current ACC members. The ACC has enacted policies and provided guideline documents to aid owners and builders navigating the process of submission and approval. These can be found on the Property Improvement page

The Falling Water Board of Directors consists of five members of the Association elected to three year terms. The powers and duties of the Board of Directors is explained in the By-Laws.
The Board of Directors meets monthly, normally on the second Monday of each month. Meetings are announced by the Secretary via an email to all members which includes the meeting agenda. Minutes are recorded and published to all members.

Bookkeeper

In conjunction with the Treasurer (see Board of Directors), the Falling Water Bookkeeper is responsible for tracking all financial matters for the Falling Water POA. That includes invoicing for all semi-annual assessments, tracking budget vs actual expenses, and tracking all refundable and non-refundable fees and fines assessed by the POA. Financial reports can be accessed via the Member Info page.
