Falling Water and The Reserve at Falling Water are served by a common water system owned and operated by Aqua Texas. The water system is regulated by the Texas Commision on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). All public water systems in Texas are given an ID number. The Falling Water system ID is TX1330154. The water system is considered a Type C, Community Water System, by TCEQ. For water issues, PLEASE CONTACT AQUA TEXAS DIRECTLY. Their phone number is 877-987-2782. Status of any outages may be found on the Aqua Disruption Viewer. With the exception of wells in existence prior to the creation of the subdivision, no individual wells are allowed within Falling Water or The Reserve at Falling Water. The water source is 100% groundwater. Texas groundwater is regulated by Groundwater Conservation Districts. Kendall County is the Cow Creek GCD, Kerr County is the Headwaters GCD. |
Other Utilities in Falling Water
Telephone and Internet is provided by HCTC. In the summer of 2019, HCTC installed high speed optical fiber through the entire Falling Water neighborhood providing the option for high speed internet service to all homes in the neighborhood.
Electrical service is provided by Central Texas Electrical Co-Op (CTEC). Electrical service is available at every lot in Falling Water.
There are no other common utilities in the neighborhood. Each home requires a septic system and, if desired, may have a buried propane tank.
