Falling Water Assessments and other fees

All payments to the POA should be made payable to Kerr and Kendall Counties Falling Water Property Owners Association, Inc.

Annual Assessments

Falling Water assessments beginning with the January 1, 2023, assessment period are:
  • $379.50/year for each unimproved lot
  • $759.00/year for each lot with a residence
Half of the annual assessment amount is due on January 1 of each year and half is due on July.1

Construction Fees

New home construction fees are:
  • $5,000 Performance Deposit
  • $3,000 Non-refundable road use fee
​These fees will be collected by the assigned Architectural Control Committee (ACC) representative prior to issuing a building permit.

Contact the ACC (see Committees or Contact Us pages) for fees required for projects other than new home construction.
Transfer / Resale Certificate Fee
There is a mandatory fee payable to the POA for the sale of any lot. The fee includes issuance of a Resale Certificate
  • $200 Transfer / Resale Certificate Fee
A request form with instructions is available on the Records of the Association page. The fee is normally included in the buyer's fees by the title company.
