The Management Certificate is a document required by the Texas Property Code. It provides basic information regarding the Association

Request for Resale Certificate

A transfer fee and resale certificate is required for all sales of property in Falling Water. The fee is $200.00. The fee is charged at the completion of a sale and is normally collected by the title company.

Official Policies

This Records Availability and Retention Policy was officially adopted by the Board at the August 2022 meeting. It supersedes previous Records Retention policies. The policy is filed in the county records on August 15, 2022 as:
