Kimi and I moved to Falling Waters in June of 2022, all the way from Tapatio Springs just west of Boerne. I grew up on a farm near Springfield, Missouri, which is why decided on a career in aviation. A BS Degree in Aviation Science from Parks College in St Louis, followed by variety of flying jobs. Flight Instructor, Corporate Pilot, Ozark Airlines crew member, and finally a position at Delta Air Lines. 32 years later I was offered an early retirement from Delta, and I accepted.
I have three children, 3 grandchildren and lots of babysitting opportunities. I enjoy the outdoors - Hunting, fishing, projects and socializing with you all occupies my time. Currently serve on the Falling Water Wildlife Committee.

I became a resident of Falling Water in 2010. I was born a Hill Country girl in San Marcos and returned with the purchase of a weekend home on Lake Travis in 1993. Buying a retirement home in Falling Water was the best of all worlds: a beautiful place with acreage and a sense of community.
I received a BA in Education, an MEd., and continued postgraduate studies in school psychology, play therapy, and art therapy. Most of my career was spent as a school psychologist, which included periodic collaborate meetings with staff and parents. I previously served on the Windermere Oaks (near Spicewood) POA board of directors and on the Austin College Alumni Board. In 2012, I helped organize the FWWSC, which provides an opportunity to have a party and get to know neighbors. I enjoy outdoor activities including walking the hills with my German shepherds, as well as playing in bridge and spades groups, participating in yoga and Pilates, travel, and working on the FW newsletter.

Andrea and I moved to Falling Water in December 2022 and are currently sharing our time between Comfort and Austin. It has been a decades old dream to leave the city and discover the good life in the hill country. We are looking forward to joining the community full-time in our near future.
I am originally from the Cincinnati area where I graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications, at which my wife still snickers. Upon moving to Texas in 1996, I became involved in the legal support industry and, in 2004, Andrea and I launched our legal support company, providing court reporting and trial presentation support.
Outside of work, I have served as a Board member and President of Austin Pregnancy Resource Center and Vice-President of Hillcrest HOA. I enjoy time with family, especially our two grandchildren, techy stuff, sunrises and sunsets, and cruising with Andrea.

I have been a resident of Falling Waters since June 2024. Prior to moving into Falling Waters, I have lived in the Boerne/Spring Branch area for over 20 years and San Antonio for the previous 15 years.
I spent 40 years in the grocery business and retired from H-E-B after 30 years of service as SVP of Fresh Foods. Prior to the grocery business, I grew up on a cattle ranch and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
I have on several industry boards such as the Produce Marketing Association, United Fresh and Vegetable Association, and the Texas Produce Association. I was on the board for the San Antonio Food Bank for a number of years. Also, I was on the Advisory Board for Texas A&M’s Fruit and Vegetable Improvement Center, as well as a guest lecturer for the A&M’s College of Agriculture.
